SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance

1. Program Description

The Kennedy Real Estate Team & MDKennedy Real Estate Development operate SMS programs that send informational and promotional text messages to individuals who have voluntarily provided their mobile number and given express consent to receive such messages.

Our SMS messaging may include:

Responses to your inquiries submitted through our website or forms
Home valuation follow-ups and property details you request
Appointment confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling updates
New listing alerts, open house invitations, and price change notifications
Market updates and other real estate information related to your interests

Opt-in is collected via web forms and scheduling forms that include dedicated SMS consent language, as well as the website chat widget, or verbally where consent is clearly obtained and recorded. We do not purchase or use third‑party lists.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will send a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, submit your information and consent again through our web forms or other supported opt‑in methods.

4. Carrier Liability
